Deli Manager
Position Summary: Responsible for department operations, morale, customer service, and the attainment of budget and labor goals.
Job description: Responsible for efficient deli operations, attainment of budget and labor goals, prompt and friendly customer service, and maintain a high degree of fresh, quality products for customers.
Requirements:
- Open availability, including evenings and weekends, up to 40 hours per week
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
- Food preparation experience
- Able to read and follow directions on labels, menus and recipes
- Customer service experience
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Knowledge of food safety procedures
- Knowledge of natural, organic, and allergen free products is preferred
