Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive high-end vehicle sales. In this role, you will oversee the sales pipeline, develop strategic marketing initiatives, and foster strong relationships with customers and business partners. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining our dealership's reputation for excellence while ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the automotive sales team, setting clear goals and motivating team members to achieve targets
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies, including outbound sales efforts such as cold calling and B2B outreach
  • Cultivate a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and utilizing CRM software for tracking leads and follow-ups
  • Conduct negotiations with customers, ensuring high-end sales are achieved while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Upsell additional products, services, or vehicle features to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Oversee inventory management, inventory control, and retail math to optimize stock levels and profitability
  • Provide exceptional customer service by supporting clients throughout the buying process, including public speaking engagements or presentations when needed

Experience

  • Proven Sales Manager or Finance Manager experience in automotive Dealership Experience for a minimum of 2 Years.
  • Skilled in negotiation, upselling, and closing deals with diverse customer profiles
  • Familiarity with CRM software tools for managing sales pipelines and customer relationships
  • Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle outbound calls, cold calling campaigns, and marketing initiatives effectively
  • Previous dealership experience is highly preferred; candidates should possess outstanding phone etiquette, public speaking skills, and a customer-focused mindset
