About Us:
Hudson Farm is a private, members-only club nestled in the serene hills of Andover, NJ. Known for exceptional service and fine dining, we are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Kitchen Steward to join our back-of-house team and help ensure the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations.
Position Summary:
The Kitchen Steward plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment. This position supports our culinary team by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, and by assisting with general kitchen upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area, floors, and trash disposal.
- Assist with basic kitchen prep tasks as needed.
- Ensure all health and safety guidelines are followed.
- Support chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during meal times.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a professional kitchen or dishwashing role preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and transport
Accepting seasonal part-timers April-June & September- November.
Shifts available: Weekdays & Weekends 7am-3pm/3pm-10pm/10am-10pm
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
