Office has 6 operatories for 2 doctors and 2 hygienists.
A full time dentist just retired so a full patient load is ready to be picked up by an Dental Associate applicant. This will allow a Great Opportunity for a New Associate to quickly build upon an already solid patient base.
Office has abundant New Patient flow due to a large influx of downstate transplants to the area.
Hygiene is booked for months.
Potential for equity position or future buy-out if desired, or just continue as a Dental Associate.

Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role located in Hudson, NY for an Associate Dentist Position. The Associate Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental patients, as well as providing preventative dental care. Applicant must have a gentle, kind disposition, Excellent Communication Skills with patients, and be able to perform High Quality Dentistry. They will work closely with the dental team to provide exceptional and compassionate care to patients.
Qualifications
Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school
Active and good standing dental license in the state of New York
Experience working as a dentist, either as a solo practitioner or part of a team
Proven ability to diagnose and treat dental conditions and provide preventative dental care
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain treatment plans and procedures to patients in a clear and understandable manner
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other dental professionals
Committed to continuing education and keeping up-to-date with the latest dental techniques and technologies.
