What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Assistant position at Hudson Elms Nursing Home?
Hudson Elms of AOM Healthcare is currently looking for a Maintenance Assistant! Canidates will be responsible for the completition of maintenance tasks under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Director. This role is responsible for maintaining maintenance expectations for the assisted living.
Job Requirements include:
- Highschool diploma required, or sufficient experience and knowledge to perform the job functions
- Experience with Long Term Care scheduling preferred, but not necessary.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess experience in typing, filing, copying and other clerical functions.
- Possess strong organziation skills, and attention to detail, and projects a professional image.
- Must meet health assessment requirements, including two stage Mantoux skin test.
- Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Must be able to communicate in English, verbally and in writing, and possess usfficent communcation skills to perform the tasks required.
