What You'll Do

As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health by:

• Performing comprehensive dental hygiene treatments, including prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, polishing, and preventive procedures
• Conducting periodontal assessments and maintaining accurate clinical charting
• Taking and reviewing digital radiographs
• Educating patients on oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventive care practices
• Identifying oral health concerns and communicating findings to the dentist
• Creating a comfortable, positive experience for every patient
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
• Following OSHA, CDC, and infection control protocols
• Collaborating with dentists and team members to provide exceptional patient care

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) License
• Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene Program
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• Experience performing prophylaxis, radiographs, and periodontal therapy
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
