Manhattan-based projects will include corporate interiors, hospitality and specialty projects, lobby renovations, amenity spaces, rooftops, and MEP/ Infrastructure upgrades. While the firm completes many projects in the $ 2m-10m range, you’ll have the opportunity to work on larger projects, $20m , with very high-end finishes.
On offer:
- Base salary circa $140,000 – $175,000 (negotiable)

About you:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Lead PM in NYC
- Experience running corporate interior projects above $2-10m in NYC
- Proficiency in Procore
- A college degree in a construction-related field is preferred but not essential
