Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a nationwide portfolio of high-impact commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, OSHA safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and executive leadership to foster transparency, accountability, and excellence.
- Build and mentor high-performing project management teams across multiple states and regions.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement, cost savings, and value engineering.
-Navigate the complexities of permitting and municipality specific building codes.
Qualifications
- 10 years of progressive leadership in commercial construction, preferably with national or multi-state experience.
- Proven track record in hotel, multifamily, or complex commercial renovation projects.
- Strong financial acumen with experience overseeing projects exceeding $10 million contract value.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-building skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the U.S.
