We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to help maintain a clean, welcoming environment for our residents and community spaces.
Position Overview
As part of our Cleaning Services team, you will play an important role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the Hudson Community Living campus, including the clubhouse and resident homes. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently while contributing to a supportive and meaningful environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean resident homes according to checklist
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, offices, and common spaces
- Empty trash and maintain overall cleanliness of clubhouse
- Restock cleaning supplies
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Report maintenance issues and equipment concerns
- Maintain cleaning schedule (clubhouse weekly, residences twice monthly)
- Work independently and efficiently
- Communicate with supervisor and HCL staff
Qualifications
- Passion for working in a supportive, inclusive community
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- High school diploma
- Previous cleaning or related experience preferred
Schedule & Compensation
- Up to 25 hours per week
- $20 per hour
- Flexible daytime schedule
Requirements
- Background check (BCI&I and/or FBI)
- Valid Ohio driver’s license
- Good driving record
- Vehicle liability insurance
