Installation/Service Technician
Hudson Communications LLC is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in a full-time role. We proudly support public safety agencies and municipal organizations throughout Northeast Ohio, and we are looking for someone who can represent our company with professionalism and reliability in these critical environments. Success in this role requires the ability to multitask effectively, set clear priorities, and consistently follow through on customer requests to deliver a high level of service to our public-sector clients.
Hudson Communication’s full-time employee benefits include:
Competitive Compensation: (40 hours/week occasional overtime) Hourly wage between $15-$27/hour, which is determined based on experience and/or skill level.

Assist with system installations across a variety of deployment types, including access control systems, video camera systems (both mobile and fixed), wired and wireless networking, and vehicle equipment installations such as emergency lighting and communication devices. Activities during these jobs typically include hardware assembly, drilling, cutting, wire running, concrete drilling, disassembly of various vehicle types for equipment install and re-assembly.
This role also requires performing manual labor during deployments, including lifting 50 pounds or more with assistance, climbing ladders, and working in positions that involve bending, kneeling, sitting, or standing for extended periods.
Requirements
Experience not required but must be willing to learn-(On the job training will take place)
High school diploma, valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and MUST arrive on time to work each day.
Background check, Drug screening and Driving record check.
