Bartender - Mon-Friday Shift

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our team for a Monday through Friday shift. In this role, you will craft and serve a variety of beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your expertise in mixology, beverage presentation, and hospitality will ensure every guest enjoys a memorable experience. Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage bar operations efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders and transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards.
• Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates based on current trends and customer preferences.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and communicate with management regarding stock shortages.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and balance registers at the end of each shift.

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending, including cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, craft beer expertise, and beverage recipe development.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking.
• Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining high-quality service.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred, especially within fine dining or hospitality settings.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling of beverages and food items.
• Ability to process cash transactions accurately using retail math and cashiering skills.
• Experience with beverage trends like mixology, spirits expertise, brewing processes, or catering is a plus.
• Basic math skills for inventory management and cash handling tasks.

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
