Who are we looking for?
- Energetic leader with the ability to develop and mentor a top performing service drive team.
- Leader with a proven track record of delivering on goals while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Ability to collaborate with other departments and build great teams.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 Years of Previous Service Advisor experience is Required
- Previous Service Lane Management Experience Preferred
- Ability to develop, coach and mentor Service Drive Staff.
- Proven experience delivering a strong customer experience.
- Ability to successfully guide customers throughout the service process.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software Experience. (CDK experience preferred)
- Maintain accountability of supervised staff.
- Implement and follow a strong T.O. and CSI follow up process.
