- Energetic Personality
- Great phone skills
- Previous experience in customer service roles
- Availability to work Saturdays- 5-day work week
What you'll do
- Communicates effectively, whether by phone, by e-mail, or in person.
- Maintains a prospect tracking and follow-up schedule within our customer database.
- Makes outbound prospecting calls inviting prospects to the dealership.
- Contacts customers for retention and loyalty opportunities to upgrade their vehicle.
- Contacts all no-show appointments to reschedule for a later time.
- Constantly update and purify customer records.
