Qualifications:
- Previous Express Technician Experience Preferred
- Basic automotive knowledge or technical training (trade school, vocational program)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Applicants must pass pre-employment testing (background, drug screen, and motor vehicle records (MVR) check).
- ASE certifications are a plus, but not required
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs by diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues accurately
- Follow manufacturer and dealership repair procedures, and document work performed clearly and accurately
- Collaborate with service advisors, team members, and maintain a clean and safe work environment
