Excela Protect is a fast-growing, technology-driven, dealer-centric administrator dedicated to revolutionizing the F&I industry. What do we offer?
- Compensation: $17-20.00/Hour (depending on customer service experience)
- Schedule: Onsite Mon-Saturday (9am-6pm)

Qualifications:
- Experience serving as a dependable resource for customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient cancellation experience while maintaining accountability.
- Previous experience assisting customers by providing the highest level of service.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to handle customers in difficult situations.
