Express / Maintenance Technicians

Looking to build your automotive career and advance into the main shop? We'll provide the training, experience, and development opportunities to help you get there.

Previous Express/Maintenance Technician experience preferred.

Experienced Automotive Technicians

Already have strong diagnostic and repair experience? Bring your skills to a dealership that values productivity, quality, and continued professional development.

We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years of professional Automotive Technician experience
• Strong diagnostic and repair capabilities
• Honda or Acura experience preferred
• Manufacturer and/or ASE certifications preferred
• Ability to efficiently produce quality flat-rate hours
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Valid Driver's License

What You'll Do

Responsibilities will vary based on your experience and technician level.

Express / Maintenance Technicians

• Perform oil and filter changes and scheduled maintenance
• Complete multi-point and safety inspections
• Rotate tires and inspect tire condition and pressure
• Replace engine air filters, cabin air filters, and wiper blades
• Inspect and replenish vehicle fluids
• Identify potential maintenance and repair needs
• Complete repair orders efficiently and accurately
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Experienced Automotive Technicians

• Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and other vehicle systems
• Perform repairs according to Honda and dealership standards
• Utilize diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Test-drive vehicles to diagnose concerns and verify completed repairs
• Perform customer-pay and warranty repairs efficiently and accurately
• Communicate repair findings and recommendations with Service Advisors
• Accurately document diagnostic findings and completed repairs
• Stay current on Honda technical information and repair procedures
• Participate in ongoing Honda training and certification programs
• Maintain strong productivity while delivering quality workmanship
