TheFloral Manager leads the daily operations and team of a high-volume floralretail concept in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment within the Atlantamarket. This role blends floral expertise, operational discipline, and peopleleadership to deliver elevated, meaningful customer experiences while drivingstrong operational and financial performance.

CoreResponsibilities

• Leaddaily store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and operationalcompliance
• Overseefloral design standards, merchandising, and product freshness
• Manageinventory, ordering, and vendor coordination with a focus on quality, margin,and waste control
• Recruit,train, and coach floral designers and associates
• Ensureseamless, elevated customer experience in a time-sensitive retail setting
• Monitorsales performance, labor, and operating costs
• Executeseasonal programs, promotions, and special activations
