What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist patients, creating a welcoming and positive first impression
- Manage scheduling, verify insurance, and coordinate patient flow to ensure smooth operations
- Answer inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, providing information and support
- Collect copays, manage patient accounts, and assist clinical staff as needed
- Partner with the Office Manager to maintain efficient office operations and a positive patient experience
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork, respect, and patient-first care
