We’re looking for a Dental Laboratory Coordinator who shares these values — someone organized, detail-oriented, and personable, who will ensure our in-house lab operates smoothly and efficiently, supporting both our Lab Managers and technicians in delivering top-notch work.

What You’ll Do

• Track, record, and organize dental cases as they move through the lab

• Coordinate case schedules and communicate updates to Lab Managers and technicians

• Assist Lab Managers with case errors, data entry, and questions

• Handle laboratory phone calls, providing professional and helpful support to customers

• Prepare cases for delivery and shipping, coordinating pickups and deliveries

• Order supplies and maintain lab inventory following company protocols

• Contribute to a culture of teamwork, respect, and excellence

Your Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional education or dental-related experience a plus

• Familiarity with dental terminology; prior dental lab experience helpful but not required

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

• Proficient with basic computer applications and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
