Description
We are looking for a tech-savvy critical thinker with a drive for excellence to join the Diversident Management family. As our Financial Integrity & Reporting Analyst, you will work directly with the finance director and be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, maintaining internal controls for compliance, and preparing reports for data analysis.

Duties
- Review financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Verify that all journal entries are properly recorded and allocated.
- Investigate discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, or SQL.
- Analyze financial trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in audits by providing documentation and ensuring proper record-keeping.
- Work closely with the finance director to optimize financial workflows.
- Identify areas for efficiency improvements in financial reporting and reconciliations.
- Assist in the implementation of new financial systems or process enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
- 2 years relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
