Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Dental CAD/CAM Technician with strong skills in Sirona (inLab) and/or 3Shape Dental System design software. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, digitally savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality crowns, bridges, inlays/onlays, veneers, and implant restorations using Sirona inLab and/or 3Shape Dental System.
- Prepare, modify, and optimize digital scans for production.
- Review digital cases for margin clarity, occlusion, contacts, and overall design integrity.
- Collaborate with technicians, clinicians, and production teams to ensure accuracy and esthetics.
- Assist with troubleshooting digital files, scanner inputs, and CAM output when needed.
- Demonstrate proficiency in all phases of crown fabrication, including digital design, material selection, milling preparation, post-processing, and quality verification prior to finalization.
- Perform stain and glaze procedures to achieve proper shade, characterization, and final esthetic finish on ceramic restorations.
- Experience with Sirona inLab and/or 3Shape Dental System required (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and restorative principles.
- Experience with zirconia, e.max, PMMA, and implant workflows is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with team members.
