Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including utensils and equipment.
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during service hours.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure safe food handling practices.
• Participate in the training of new kitchen staff as needed.
