Summary: We are seeking a dynamic an experienced Operations Manager to lead and enhance our operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex operational processes, driving continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional customer experience. As an Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting strategic initiatives, optimizing day-to-day operations, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and execute cycle counts on a quarterly basis to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Conduct daily checks and balances on inventory counts to ensure system and physical alignment.
- Oversee and participate in the comprehensive annual stock take to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance.
- Main point of contact with the HQ logistics team, coordinating on inventory, shipments, and other logistics matters as needed.
- Streamline processes to ensure efficient receipt and dispatch of goods, while maintaining quality and timeliness standards.
- Oversee order processing, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment while addressing any issues related to shipping, expiry dates, and batch codes.
- Serve as the primary contact for B2B partners, handling order management, inquiries, and ongoing communication to support strong client relationships.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) for the warehouse to maintain service levels and quality standards.
- Conduct monthly meetings with third-party logistics partners to review performance, resolve issues, and enhance processes.
- Reconcile invoices with the local finance team monthly, ensuring accuracy and timely processing to maintain budget alignment.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
· 5-7 years of operations management experience in a fast-paced industry, ideally within beauty or consumer goods.
· Strong expertise in ERP systems and proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyze data and generate reports.
· Strong knowledge of warehouse management and 3pl processes and best practices.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
· Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to drive results.
