HUCK'S Oilfield Solutions is growing our Midland operation and looking for dependable, hardworking people to join our team as Oilfield Shop Technicians.
No oilfield experience is required. No college degree is required. We will train the right person.
This is a hands-on, physical shop position for someone who takes pride in working hard, showing up on time, learning new skills, and becoming valuable to the team.
What We Offer
- Starting pay of $18.00/hour
- 40 hours per week
- Frequent overtime opportunities
- $2,000 bonus after 6 months
- Additional $4,000 bonus after 1 year
- $6,000 in first-year bonuses

- Monday through Friday schedule (weekends possible - lots of OT opportunities)

What You'll Do
You will work in our Midland shop supporting the inspection, refurbishment, preparation, and handling of oilfield equipment used in ESP and production operations.
Typical work includes:
- Cleaning and inspecting oilfield equipment
- Refurbishing and preparing equipment for customers
- Using hand tools and shop equipment
- Moving, organizing, and handling parts and materials
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Following HUCK'S quality and safety procedures
- Learning our products, processes, and quality standards

You do not need previous oilfield experience. We're looking for the right attitude and work ethic.
You must:
- Show up on time and be dependable
- Work hard and stay productive throughout the day
- Be physically capable of performing hands-on shop work
- Be willing to take direction and learn
- Have reliable transportation to our Midland shop
- Be comfortable working on your feet and performing repetitive physical tasks
- Be willing to work overtime when needed
