What are the responsibilities and job description for the Women and Family Nurse Practitioner position at HUCKEYE HEALTH SERVICES LLC?
We are looking for a Women's & Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our team who will support the Mobile health Clinic team and Smart Pod project.
Locations: 10918 Bentley St, #1/2 Houston, TX 77093
Pay Rate: $75/HR
Duration: 6-12 months contract
Job Duties Include:
*Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, with a concentration on women’s health needs.
*Conduct annual exams, Pap smears, breast exams, contraceptive counseling, STD testing/treatment, and menopause management.
Required Experience: At least 1 year experience with IUD insertion and removal as well as Nexplanon certification. Must also have general care experience.
Required Licenses:
- NP License
- Nexplanon Certificate
- BLS Card
