Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act in Home Health and/or Hospice care settings.Conduct comprehensive assessments, including physical evaluations, pain management, medication administration, and infusion/IV care.Perform skilled nursing interventions, specimen collection, nutrition-related support, patient teaching, and discharge planning.✨ Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum 1 year of Home Health RN experience (required)For hospice roles:Minimum 2 years acute clinical experience or 1 year Home Health experienceStrong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to work independently in the home environment???? Education RequirementsAssociate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher requiredBSN preferred but not required????
