- Pay: $32/hour
- Floating: May be required to float to Bixby Location
- No Weekends Required
Requirements
- Experience:
- 3 years of LVN clinical experience
- 2 years of leadership experience
- Certifications:
- BLS
- IV Certification
- LVN License
- Skills Required:
- Outpatient clinic/urgent care experience
- IV starts
- IM & SQ injections
- Vaccine administration
- De-escalation protocols
