Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with a passion for hospice care to join our team in Newport Beach, CA. This role focuses on providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with terminal illnesses in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician
- Assist in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Administer treatments and implement prescribed interventions
Qualifications
Required:
- Current LVN License (California)
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience
- Understanding of hospice philosophy and end-of-life care
- Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle
