Job Title: Occupational Therapist- Home Health

Travel required; 5-6 visits per day

Schedule: M-F 8:30am-5:30pm

Hourly Rate: $80-$85/hr depending on experience

Required Skills & Experience:

-Eighteen (18) months experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute healthcare system environment.

**Home health experience and geriatric experience required** 

Required Certifications & Licensure:

-Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of California.

-Current BLS Certification.
