Huckberry is looking for passionate and enthusiastic Seasonal Retail Associates to join our flagship team in Georgetown. As a neighborhood hub for adventure and style, we’re gearing up for a big summer and need a few more hands on deck. We’re looking for scrappy, sales-driven individuals who are ready to dive into a fast-paced environment and help our customers find the perfect gear for their next journey. - Provide exceptional customer service, build rapport, and offer personalized recommendations based on customer needs and interests
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Huckberry's product offerings, including features, benefits, and brand stories
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Replenish inventory and maintain stock levels on the sales floor
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
- Assist with store events and promotions
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- 1 years of experience in a retail sales or customer service role preferred
- A passion for the outdoors, adventure, and the Huckberry brand
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
