What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Coordinate executive and Board meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, room reservations, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with Residents, their family members, Board members, vendors, team members, and guests.
- Facilitate communications among Team Leaders and Residents.
- Manage multiple executive calendars, prioritizing competing demands and ensuring efficient use of leadership time.
- Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Coordinate Board of Directors and executive leadership meetings.
- Handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Maintains knowledge of all Resident Agreements, Resident Handbook, and contractual requirements to support adherence to the community living policies.
- Compose and prepare routine correspondence and outgoing mail.
- Support leadership with budget preparation and executive reporting.
- Assist with PowerPoint presentations.
- Serve as a professional first point of contact for executive-level visitors and Board members.
What This Role Requires:
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5 years supporting senior executives in an administrative capacity.; senior living experience preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel (including pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
- Experience with UKG a plus.
- Strong organizational & multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and attention to detail.

This role is designed for experienced Executive Assistants who have supported senior leadership teams. Candidates whose background is primarily office management or general administrative support may find the responsibilities of this role differs from their prior responsibilities.
