Throughout their exchange with customers, the Rental Assistant will answer questions and assist them wherever possible to ensure the delivery of World-class service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Actively listen to customers, answering their questions, and directing them appropriately as they request
- Keep proper documentation
- Advise recommendations
- Confirm scheduled and missed appointments
Qualifications
- Excellent time management
- Proven track record of achieving (or, better, over-achieving) goals
- Outstanding communication skills in person and over the phone
- Outgoing, friendly attitude with a high-energy personality
- Superior customer service skills
- Ability to work in a structure environment and adhere to attendance policies and scheduling requirements which include some weekends
- Computer proficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college is preferred, but not required)
