Ink Technician-1st Shift

We are seeking experienced 1st shift Ink Technician to join our team in Elk Grove Village, IL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ink formulation and color matching, as well as experience with ink testing and quality control. PAY DOE.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and mix inks to meet customer specifications
• Perform color matching and adjust formulas as needed
• Conduct ink testing and quality control to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Maintain inventory of ink supplies and order new materials as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Ink Technician
• Strong knowledge of ink formulation and color matching
• Experience with ink testing and quality control
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
