A Day In The Life
Every Day At Hubbell Is Different And You’ll Contribute In Many Ways. On Any Given Day, You’ll Make a Difference By
- Reviewing incoming tool repair requests and preparing repair estimates for customer approval.
- Contact customers by phone or email to discuss repair costs and obtain authorization to proceed with repairs.
- Entering and maintaining repair orders, estimates, and customer information in SAP and Salesforce.
- Assisting in prioritizing repair work for the Tool Repair Technicians based on customer needs, turnaround expectations, and workload.
- Tracking the status of tools through the repair process and providing updates to customers as needed.
- Coordinating with team members to ensure repair orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Assisting with shipping and receiving documentation to support the movement of tools through the repair process.
- Responding to customer questions regarding repair status, pricing, and expected completion dates.
- Maintaining organized records and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Supporting a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environment while helping deliver excellent customer service.
- High School Diploma
- Microsoft Excel
- SAP experience a plus
- Salesforce experience a plus
- Maintain composure and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Maintain a calm, patient and positive demeanor when communicating with customers
- Possess strong verbal communication skills and the ability to actively listen, understand concerns and provide clear and effective responses.
