- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (General, Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical), or related field (required)
- 6-10 years of relevant experience(required)
- Experience with CAD/CAM software, such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD (required)
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience with project management and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
