- Lead and Innovate:Manage the seamless integration of new business units, ensuring they transition smoothly onto our SAP platform.
- Analyze and Strategize:Conduct thorough analyses of current systems and processes, comparing them against our standard OTC processes to identify enhancements.
- Bridge and Build:Act as a vital liaison among stakeholders to define, analyze, and validate business process changes, ensuring alignment and consensus.
- Solution-Oriented:Craft solutions that bridge gaps between standard processes and unique business unit needs while maintaining strict compliance with Hubbell's SOX and audit requirements.
- Test and Teach:Define testing criteria, oversee user testing, and lead training initiatives to ensure everyone is up to speed with new procedures and tools.
