This full-time position will be trained in several areas of plant operation, including loading/unloading trucks, pelleting and batching. This position is also called upon to assist in other areas of plant operations as needed.

Primary Responsibilities

• Loading/unloading trucks
• Use of batching and inventory programs
• Batching feed and/or Pellet Mill operation
• Provide quality Customer Service

Qualifications/Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Committed to work in safe manner
• Be able to read and follow procedures
• Complete required paperwork
• Good computer and math skills

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 55 lbs.
• Work in natural climate conditions
• Climb ladders and be physically active throughout the shift

• Four 10 hours shifts/week, M-F (choice of T,W, or TH off)
