The Position
Vinci Construction USA is seeking a Service Desk Coordinator position on the Technology Team in Orlando, FL. The Service Desk Coordinator will be responsible for triaging and managing support tickets (Tier 1-2), providing routine issue support, delivering excellent customer service, communicating professionally with users and vendors, and escalating issues as needed. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least one year of technical experience with hardware/software.
Key Duties
- Create, review and triage support Tier (1-2) tickets on a timely basis. This includes logging all incoming requests and categorizing them appropriately.
- Provide support for routine issues such as password resets, account unlocks, and other common problems that have been previously identified and documented.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally and effectively with users to understand their issues, provide updates on ticket status, and verify their concerns are addressed promptly.
- Communicate with users, vendors, and IT in a professional manner
- Identify issues requiring escalated support and route to the appropriate team or leadership.
- Otehr duties as assigned.
Education, Experience and Skills.
- 1 years of technical experience working with hardware/software
- Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Experience
- Ability to utilize an ITSM system for change and incident management
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills

- Infrequent ability to lift general office documents and materials, up to 10 pounds;
- Frequent vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Work Environment. The work environment characteristics described below are representative of those that a Service Desk Coordinator encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
- Work generally is performed in an office environment, although periodic visits to construction sites and manufacturing facilities may be required.
- Noise level in the typical office work environment is quiet.
