Perform all levels of preventive maintenance services with little or no supervision and in a timely and efficient manner Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Diesel repairs, service & diagnostics Provide high-quality service to customers Driving to road calls repairing trucks & trailers on site with little or no follow ups required Maintain current certifications and actively pursue additional training classes and ASE certifications Diagnose malfunctions and ensure proper operation by repairing and troubleshooting major components such as engines, transmissions, and differentials Inspect trucks to ensure that they are in proper working condition Perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries and lubricating equipment and machinery Inspect, test, and listen to equipment to diagnose defects Other projects and tasks assigned by supervisor Comply with federal and state vehicle regulations by testing engines, safety systems, and combustion control standards
