Business Systems Analyst – Healthcare Systems Integration
3 Days on Site in Providence
12-18 Month Project
The Business Systems Analyst will manage system integrations across all divisions, collaborating with multiple data collection platforms to ensure workflows effectively support business needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, solve problems, and develop systems that align program objectives with technology.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s OR equivalent experience may be considered.
- 5 years business analyst experience.
- Healthcare system implementations experience, including standards such as HIPAA, ACA etc
- Analytical skills for troubleshooting and finding efficiencies in complex systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and excellent time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis
- System Design & Documentation - Create and maintain artifacts such as business req. documents, specs, workflows, dataflow diagrams
- Process Improvement
- Collaboration and Testing - Serve as the liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
- System Support and Troubleshooting
- Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners, including participation in relevant advisory committees.
