What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inspector / Packer position at Hub Plastics?
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Inspect and pack product produced from assigned workstations while maintaining quality and production standards.
- Perform quick quality inspections while packing various types of plastic bottles.
- Ensure sufficient materials are available to complete the assigned task, (IE: packaging, inserts, etc.) and maintain a safe, clean and organized work area.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job the team member is required to stand, walk or sit for up to eight (8) hours a day (minus meal and break periods), use hands to handle objects, reach with arms, balance, stoop and lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities necessary for this position include the ability to read documents, labels, bottle markings and inspect products for defects. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is exposed to a noise level that is moderate, hearing protection is required and will be provided.
