Job Title: Front Desk Crew
Location: The HUB Jacksonville, Orange Park, FL

Job Summary:
The Front Desk Crew is central to the success of The HUB Jacksonville. This role serves as the primary connection between members and the club, helping deliver a high-quality, welcoming experience. From answering phones to maintaining the pro shop, this position plays a key role in overall member satisfaction and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome members and guests and manage check-ins
• Assist with court bookings, clinics, and event registrations
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, or direct to appropriate resources
• Provide information on memberships, benefits, and club offerings
• Support membership growth through new member sign-ups
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front desk and pro shop
• Assist members with pro shop purchases and equipment selection
• Track demo paddles, ensure payment, and manage returns
• Support general facility upkeep including light maintenance tasks such as tidying courts, emptying trash, and refilling water stations

Key Competencies:

• Service-oriented with a strong focus on member experience
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Knowledgeable or willing to learn club operations, memberships, and pro shop products
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Action-oriented with the ability to take initiative

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• 18 years of age or older
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude with a solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple responsibilities
• Basic technical skills and ability to use scheduling or POS systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with Google Docs, Canva, and CourtReserve is a plus

Schedule:
Flexible days and hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
