We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our various business locations.
```Duties```
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairing and replacing infrastructure. Dry wall and plumbing.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively
- Follow maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance efforts
```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to work with various hand tools and equipment
Experience with painting, pressure washing, light plumbing and carpentry.
- Experience in electrical troubleshooting and repairs is a plus
- Welding experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior experience in a supervisory role is preferred
