Essential Functions/Duties:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Ability to cross-sell and up-sell
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Support customer satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Prepare and deliver quotes, enter orders and track order progress throughout the sales cycle
- Maintain customer communication and share on order developments
- Create sales material to present to customers
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- College degree preferred or 2 years sales experience
- Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) platforms is a plus
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, JDE, Oracle)
- Goal oriented mindset with a passion for helping customer
- Strong negotiation skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
