Warehouse Lead/Supervisor - Day Shift

HTSS is looking for an experienced Warehouse Lead / Supervisor to join a new warehouse opening in the Allentown / Bethlehem area. This person will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in this location. Responsibilities include inventory, order selection, shipping and receiving, daily communications with the customer service team and other warehouse locations, ensuring order accuracy and resolving issues as they arrive.Additional Responsibilities : Assist the company's upper managment team in the start up of the Lehigh Valley location.Cultivating relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure smooth business operations.Analyzing warehouse data to identify areas for improvement, then implementing strategies to improve those areas.Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards in the warehouse.ÂJob Requirements : Proven experience as a Warehouse Lead or Supervisor, with a solid background in logistics, supply chain and inventory management.Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Word, Excel and WMS systems.Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.Ability to work 40-50 hours per week.Ability to travel occasionally, if needed.ÂSalary : $45-55K, based on experience.If interested, apply on the HTSS website or email resumes to LHADLEY@HTSS-INC.COM
