Quality Assurance Manager/QA ManagerLocation: Richmond, VASalary Range: $90K - $100K About the Role:We’re expanding our operations in the Richmond area and looking for a QA Manager to take charge of food safety, quality systems, and compliance across our new processing facility. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our products meet the highest food safety and quality standards. What You’ll Do:Oversee food safety and quality programs, including HACCP, GMP, and preventive controls.Lead audits, inspections, and corrective actions to maintain regulatory compliance.Train and coach employees on best practices in food safety and sanitation.Partner with operations, maintenance, and leadership to drive continuous improvement.Manage documentation, customer complaints, and quality metrics. What You’ll Bring:Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field (or 5 years of QA leadership in food manufacturing).Strong knowledge of FDA, USDA, and GFSI standards.PCQI and HACCP certifications required.Detail-driven, organized, and proactive communicator.
