Construction Project Manager/Project ManagerAbout the Role:We are hiring a Construction Project Manager to lead pre-construction planning, oversee project execution, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. This role works closely with clients, subcontractors, and field teams while driving strong communication and project results.Key Responsibilities:Manage project budgets, schedules, and cost controlsLead estimating from early concepts through final plansOversee bidding, proposals, and contract awardsBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsCoordinate with Superintendents on daily operations and problem-solvingManage subcontractors and resolve conflicts quicklyEnsure all project documentation, compliance, and closeout tasks are completedWhat You Need:5 years of experience in construction project managementBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Mechanical EngineeringStrong knowledge of construction processes, financials, and schedulingProven leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesPay & Benefits:Salary: $105K – $135,000 plus bonus and a full benefit package.
