Essential Functions Of The Job
- Make regular customer visits throughout the territory to solicit rental, parts and service sales.
- Record all customer sales visits and relevant sales activity in CRM database within 24 hours of the event.
- Regularly collect and report market information regarding competitors, trends, and product development opportunities
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs.
- Continuously research the sales territory, identifying and adding qualified prospects to the CRM database.
- Assist management with monthly, quarterly, and annual sales projections.
- Provide technical training or technical information to customers as required.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (KSA's)
- Strong interpersonal skills; excellent communicator.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, works well with minimal direct supervision.
- Solid business acumen, sound decision maker, problem solver
- Computer acumen, comfortable with Excel, Word, APPS, Email, CRM.
