The Financial Analyst is responsible for reporting and analyzing profitability and maintaining the data integrity of financial information used in reporting for Global Point Technology Group.

Education
Required: B.S. degree in business related field
Preferred: B.S. degree in accounting or finance
Experience
Required: 3 years’ accounting or financial analysis experience
Preferred: Previous experience working in a manufacturing setting and multi-company environment with product profitability analysis experience
Special Knowledge/Skills
Required: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Ability to maintain confidential information, Strong organizational skills, Excellent attention to detail, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Advanced Excel skills (modeling, analysis, reporting)
Preferred: Software: Infor Visual, Epicor, Data Rails

- Analyze product line profitability, cost drivers, and operational performance
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and margin/variance analysis
- Build financial models and what-if scenarios to support decision-making
- Prepare management reports and ad hoc analyses
- Support process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with audit and regulatory reporting requirements
- Participates in team activities to achieve departmental and company goals
- Performs other duties as assigned
