We are seeking a full-time Procurement Specialist to join our team on-site at our Lynnwood, WA location. In this role, you will be responsible for managing procurement processes, including preparing and processing purchase orders, evaluating suppliers, and negotiating contracts. You will analyze procurement data and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the timely, cost-effective acquisition of materials and services required for operations.
- Expertise in Purchase Orders and Procurement processes
- Experience with Supplier Evaluation and Contract Negotiation
- Strong Analytical Skills for procurement data analysis
- Detail-oriented with effective time management and organizational abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
- Proficiency in procurement or ERP software is a plus
